Frequently asked questions

Will it fit my OmieBox?

These pieces fit only the redesigned OmieBox. Turn your box over and find the eight-character code on the back. If it has the letters CH, you have the redesigned model. If it has SD, it's the original model. Not sure? Email elizabeth@reimagines.com and I'll help.

Is it safe for kids?

Yes. It's food-grade silicone, BPA and phthalate free, and meets FDA and CPSIA requirements.

I really struggled finding this due to being out of stock everywhere, but I'm so happy Reimagines have it. The item was as pictured, as described, fairly priced, very well packaged and fast shipment. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and it was a smooth and efficient transaction. Excellent customer service, prompt response and ships the same day. I will be shopping for more! 5 stars!
