Stickers use adhesive and usually come off only once. Magnets need a magnetic board. Clings hold with static, so they work on non-magnetic boards and can be repositioned without leaving residue.

Peel the cling from its backing, smooth it onto a clean board from one side to the other, and press out any air bubbles. Watch our how-to videos to see it done.

Start with a clean, dust-free board. Dust, dirt and oil can keep a cling from holding, and some greasy whiteboard cleaners leave a residue that does the same. If needed, clean your board with a mix of vinegar and water to break down the oil. If a cling loses its grip over time, rinse the back with water and apply it again.

Orders ship within two business days. Every piece is printed and packed in our studio in Somerset, Kentucky.

Printable-only orders are ready right away. You’ll find the download link in your order email or in the Orders tab of your account. Nothing ships. If your order also includes physical items, the download link is emailed when those items ship. Need your files sooner? Email elizabeth@reimagines.com and we’ll send them early.

Proofs are sent for logo Moleskine notebooks and Bitmoji orders. Everything else is printed from the details you enter on the product page, so please double-check your spelling, wording and colors before you check out. Want a proof for another item? Email elizabeth@reimagines.com and we’ll send one before we print.

Because your designs are personalized and printed to order, we don’t offer returns. We offer replacements for items that were damaged in shipping or if we made an error. Just email elizabeth@reimagines.com and we’ll make it right.
